Because all signed and personalized books are prepared specifically for each reader, all sales are final.

If a signed or personalized book arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact whimsicaldarknessllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. A replacement or refund will be offered where appropriate.
Art Prints, Page Overlays, & Bookish Merchandise
Art prints, page overlays, and other non-personalized merchandise may be returned only if they arrive damaged or defective.

Book Boxes

Book boxes are eligible for replacement or refund only if items arrive damaged or missing.

Due to the curated nature of book boxes, returns are not accepted for individual items, preferences, or contents once opened.
